D.I.Y. Wrinkle Face Mask

Want a cheaper way to fight wrinkles?

Reservatol is one of the best antioxidants you can use to help keep wrinkles at bay, problem is that beauty products containing this ingredient are usually pretty expensive.
Luckily, red grapes have plenty of this amazing natural antioxidant. So instead of spending your hard-earned money on brand name facials, try making this d.i.y wrinkle face mask at home instead.

All you'll need to make this facial at home are a few red grapes, a little olive oil and some flour. It's easy to make this all-natural beauty treatment, so why not give it a try?
Ingredients: 4-6 red grapes 1 Tbs. olive oil 3 Tbs. flour
How To: Gently cut open the grapes to remove any seeds, then puree the grapes with the olive oil in a blender. Mix the grape puree with the flour in a small bowl.
Smooth gently over face (make sure to clean your skin first,) and relax for about 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

{Try this d.i.y. pumpkin -yogurt face mask too!}

SOS Kitchen Tip - Overcooked Rice

Here is a cool SOS kitchen tip to help you save your sanity not to mention a little bit of money the next time you burn the rice accidentally let the rice overcook, just a tad....

First, save the rice that has not been burned by scooping it up with a spoon and transferring it to a new clean pot. Next, thinly slice an onion and put several slices on top of the saved rice. Cover the pot and let it sit for about 10 minutes. The onion will absorb the burn smell from the rice.

Finally, take the lid off the pot and remove the sliced onion. Your rice should now be ready to eat and enjoy.

The key here is that hopefully enough rice was able to be saved so that you will not have to make a new batch of rice and instead can save whatever rice you may have left in the box for another day!
